What quantity do I need to purchase to take advantage of overseas pricing? 

Catalog item: $6,000 net  [US] / $6,500 net [CAD]

Custom item: $10,000 net
[US] / $11,000 net [CAD]
* Please be aware that special color matches, testing requirements or certain gift items may require a larger minimum.


How much time do I need for delivery?
 
Delivery varies from 45-120 days from proof approval, depending on the item and the tooling required.

**Special testing or inspection requirements will be considered when quoting lead times.
Please specify if you are interested in air freight options. 


When can I expect my pricing quotation? 

Please make sure to specify your expectations when completing the quote request form.
Quotes for catalog items generally take less than 24 hours. Special requests and large quantities may take longer.
Quotes for custom items vary between 2-10 days based on whether they are quoted from an actual sample that needs to be sent overseas, created from scratch, or if we are quoting from an image you supply.


What are your design capabilities?
 
We have a full team of innovative design professionals that work with you from concept to completion.  In addition, we have a complete sample room that allows us to produce your samples quickly, adhering to your exact specifications.


Are you able to meet special requirements for testing or inspections?
 
All special testing and inspection requirements need to be specified at the time of the quote request. We will use our testing agency, STR or can use any specially-appointed agency you require. We will build the product to meet your requirements from the start.


Do your prices include freight and duties?
 
Unless specially requested, all prices include a delivered price to the closest US port of clearance to your delivery. We will deliver your order via ground freight at your expense unless another means of transportation has been previously agreed upon.


What are your credit terms?
 
All credit terms will be individually agreed upon for each order.


How much does a proof cost and how long does it take? 

Once your order has been placed, we will proceed with acquiring all the components for your order and will present you with an actual proof for approval approximately 3-4 weeks after we receive your PO and art. There is no charge for this proof.


What if I need to cancel my order?
 
Cancellation charges after the order is placed will need to be assessed based on the stage of completion of the order.
We reserve the right to invoice for all work and expenses incurred prior to receipt of cancellation notification.
