Summary: This position will perform a manufacturing process that contributes to the overall success of the team.

Core Technical Responsibilities:
Special Decoration = Ability to successfully operate a variety of equipment to decorate product other than print. This includes transfer, deboss, laser, personalization and sewing.
Print = Ability to decorate product through screen printing techniques. Four key areas include:
- Manual – Printing is done manually by pulling a squeegee; inks are used; loading & unloading of screens onto manual press. Requires ability to register multi-colored jobs.
- Semi-Automatic – Printing is automated and inks are used; loading & unloading of screens onto standard press. Works on one color jobs only.
- Automatic – Printing is automated and inks are used, machine indexes automatically; loading and unloading of screens onto press; requires ability to register multi-colored jobs.
- Pad Print – Printing is automated and inks are used, utilizes pad to print rather than squeegee.
Requires ability to register multi-colored jobs.
Embroidery = Ability to decorate product through an automated sewing process – requires ability to interface with embroidery machines computer system. This includes hooping (manual/pneumatic), steaming, detailed trimming, etc.
GPE = Ability to decorate pens using high speed equipment. Position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude.
Packing = Seal filled boxes, build pallets, report information into IFS computer system, deliver orders to shipping, and make boxes for packing product. Must lift 50lb.
Special Packing = Ability to follow customer specifications to specially pack items for products (gift boxes, batteries, etc.) before performing packing responsibilities.
