Payment Portal

Gemline implemented a new Payment Portal for processing USD payments by Credit Card, Debit Card & e-check.

We’ve partnered with J.P. Morgan for secure, easy-to-use payment processing using their Paymentus platform. 

Gemline will charge a 2.99% fee in the US on the total payment amount for all invoices paid by credit card.

Payments made by e-check, ACH, wire, check or credit memo are not charged a surcharge.

For any customers who have previously supplied their credit card information to Gemline, you must now use this payment portal to submit payment for invoices.

You will have to re-enter your payment info in the portal for a one-time payment or set up an account with Paymentus to store payment info for future use.
