LAWRENCE, MA - January 4, 2023 — Gemline®, a leading promotional products supplier, announced today that Frank Carpenito, currently President of Gemline, has been promoted to President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Mr. Carpenito joined the Company as President in 2019 after serving a 5-year term on Gemline’s Board of Advisors, and since that time has had responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the Company.

Jonathan Isaacson, current Chair and Chief Executive Officer, will become Executive Chair.

In his role as President & CEO, Mr. Carpenito will retain overall responsibility for all functions, day-to-day operations, and the implementation of the Company’s strategic plans. He will also play an expanded role in supporting Mr. Isaacson’s efforts in the industry and community.

As Executive Chair, Mr. Isaacson will remain engaged with Gemline, focused on vision and strategy, continuous improvement, and industry outreach. He also intends to expand his efforts to support the Company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Mr. Carpenito has extensive experience in the consumer products industry, with a career that has spanned more than three decades. Frank previously held CEO roles at a variety of privately held and private equity-backed consumer companies. Additionally, he held key leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Pepsi-Cola, and Newell-Rubbermaid/Berol Corporation. Frank also proudly serves on the board of One Family, Inc., a Massachusetts non-profit committed to ending family homelessness.
