Order Information and Policy

Lead Times

Customer is responsible for all costs associated with artwork changes initiated after the following have been produced. Ship dates may also be impacted:

• Magnesium die
• Heat transfers
• LogoDome®
• Greeting cards
• Moleskine® Custom Bands

• Undecorated products are available for purchase at the prices and minimums listed on the website.
• When ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern time, we will attempt to ship same day. However, some items may take 24-48 hours to ship. 
• Blank products not available for Cleer, PaperMate®, Sharpie®, or Parker® Jotter Original.

• Orders that include drop shipments cannot be modified when in production. This includes address changes and quantity changes.
• Kitting and fulfillment services cannot be added to orders that are in production. 
• If customer initiates stoppage of an in production order to make artwork or item changes, customer is responsible for all costs associated with items produced prior to stoppage.
• Any increase in quantity to an in production order will have a later ship date.

• Gemline items can be inserted into another Gemline item free of charge upon request. 
• Upon request, Gemline will insert customer-supplied items at a charge of $1.00 (V) [USD] / $1.25 (G) [CAD] per item. 
• For international shipments that include non-Gemline items, a commercial invoice covering all items must be provided. Please contact Customer Service or your Sales team for additional details.
• Insertions will require an additional 1-3 business days added to the standard lead time once the insertions have been received

• Published minimum quantity applies for decorated items.
• Absolute minimum is 1/2 the published minimum item quantity. For less than published minimum, a charge of $75.00 (V) [USD] / $93.75 (G) [CAD] will apply.
• For less than published minimum on available Parker® and Waterman® items, a charge of $55.13 (V) [USD] / $68.91 (G) [CAD] will apply.  
• 1/2 catalog quantity minimums not available on reusable face masks, PaperMate® or Sharpie® items; as well as select Parker® and Waterman® items.

• When ordered by 4:00 PM EST, we will attempt to ship same day.
• However, some samples may take 24-48 hours to ship.
• Free UPS Ground shipping is available for continental U.S. shipments when ordered online.
• Limit of 3 samples per any one style.
• Samples are sold at the Blank net cost, plus shipping.
• Blank samples are non-returnable.
• All freight charges for samples, including duties and taxes for international orders, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Writing Instruments are not available as blank samples.
• Product samples cannot be shipped outside of the US and Canada.

• Paper/Virtual proofs are offered at no charge.
• Actual Proof Fee is $40 (V) [USD] / $50 (G) [CAD] for all decoration methods.
• Fee does not include set up cost based on decoration method, cost of item or shipping cost.
• Unless specified, Actual Proofs will be sent via overnight shipping.
• All proof requests (Paper/Virtual/Actual) must be reflected on your purchase order.
• Production lead times do not begin until proof approval has been received.

• Drop shipment delivery addresses must be provided at the time of order.
• Orders that include drop shipments cannot be modified when in production. This includes quantity changes.
• There is an additional charge on drop shipments for each shipping address.
• Orders that require drop-shipments will not be released to production until the drop ship address template is submitted.
• Please fill out our drop ship template.

• All shipping addresses must be provided at time of order. $3.75 (V) [USD] / $4.69 (G) [CAD] per box/per day or $31.25 (V) [USD] / $39.06 (G) [CAD] per pallet/per day storage charge will apply if order is held for more than 5 business days due to incomplete shipping information.
• Some brands cannot ship internationally. Please contact Customer Service to confirm if an item is eligible for international shipping.
• Ship to Addresses that are requesting a PO Box will ship via USPS and be invoiced

• For any Gemline item, spec samples are available for EQP less 50% - Includes items from the following brands: Gemline, Aviana, Heritage Supply, La Cuisine, Merrimack Hat Co & Elements, RuMe, Travis & Wells & Vertex.
• For any Retail Brand item, spec samples are available for EQP less 25%.
• Full set-up and run charges apply.
• Limit 3 per style.
• Personalization is not eligible.
• Decoration on gift box only is not eligible.
• Spec samples not available for Hartmann items.
• Spec samples cannot be shipped outside of the US and Canada.

• For any Gemline item, self-promotions are available for EQP less 50% - Includes items from the following brands: Gemline, Aviana, Heritage Supply, La Cuisine, Merrimack Hat Co & Elements, RuMe, Travis & Wells & Vertex.
• For any Retail Brand item, self-promotions are available for EQP less 25%.
• Full set-up and run charges apply. 
• Self-promo samples must include the Distributor logo and be decorated by Gemline.
• Limit 500 max. The absolute minimum for any self-promo is 1/2 of the advertised minimum order quantity. If less than the minimum order quantity is purchased, an Less Than Minimum (LTM) charge would apply.
• Select items are not available as self-promos.
• Sale and Clearance items are not eligible.
• Self-Promotions not available for Parker® and Waterman® items.
• Self-Promotions not available for Hartmann items.
• Self-Promotions cannot be shipped outside of the US and Canada.

• Greeting cards are available as an add-on to any item.  
• Cards can be personalized for a run charge of $4.95 (V) [US] / $5.45 (G) [CDN] per card.  
• There is no set up charge to personalize cards.
